HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY 4500
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I just got this error: The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. The ink I installed was purchased brand new from the HP.com site. It's the first time I've gotten the error. I've tried cleaning the cartridge and printer itself. Tried unplugging and replugging the printer. Nothing seems to work. Any advice would be appreciated!
