Product: Samsung Xpress C460FW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, I have a Samsung C460FW that is initialising and when ready to work, display an error message and restart the initialisation. If I ask to go to the menu, it is ok (printer wait activity) until I ask to print or to copy. The message is :

" PrnPagCtrl_Video.c 1485 PESY " I have downloaded the latest firmware available but when i click to install, in a blink of the eyes (less of 1 second), a message appear saying the Firmware has been installed... I would imagine it would take a bit more than 1 sec, no? Anyway, i am stuck with that message. I have searched everywhere for this but nothing.

I have posted here few years ago but I need to try again. Thanks in advance. Hard to solve as Samsung sell the printer side to HP, who does not really care of Samsung issues I guess.
