Product: hp Envy 360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I get an error message when I try to print from my laptop hpEnvy360--Printer hpEnvy7640.  Have turned off and unplugged both. First separately then tried at same time. Have run diagnostic on both. No problems found
