Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Hi, I hace a flashing light, red triangle, what does it mean. Also experiencing black and white streaks on my prints. I changed the waste toner unit thinking it was that but the problem remains. See photos attached. What does this error message mean?What does this error message mean?Streaking across the sheetStreaking across the sheet Any ideas? Thanks
