Hi all,

I've set a password to protect the printer settings in the EWS web app.

While I still have the password, the EWS refuses to log me in ("incorrect credentials").

 

So my questions are:

- how can I do a factory reset of the printer to gain access again?

- are the any limitations on password length or characters that I have to take into account for my next password, in particular is 26 letters including lower, uppercase letters, digits and special characters ok?
