LaserJet Pro M404n

My M404n printer will not stay on the network and I would like to reset it to factory default but when I use the panel and go to setup> Printer Maintenance> Reset it comes up Menu Disabled.   I connected my computer via USB to the printer and I can bring up the EWS up but I go to Tools> Backup and Restore> Restore  and when it tries to open another webpage it pops up "Their is a problem connecting to the printer check the USB and verify the printer is ready.  I click Retry it try's to open the page but after several tries it opens as 

Navigation to the webpage was canceled

   What you can try:

                         Refresh the page.

I Refresh the page.but never gets to the restore page.  

 

Is there a button combination like on the 402 (which doesn't work on the 404) to reset it ??
