Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4615
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I just recently got my new MacBook Pro laptop with MacOS Big Sur 11.x version.

I failed to connect my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4615 via HP Smart.

It says USB is not connected  to printer although, when I was installing drivers using HP Easy scam found the printer and was able to download the right drivers.

I was able to connect the printer to the Mac using Mac Printer tool. But when I print, it prints only in black & white, No color.

I thought that using HP Smart will fix the problem but I fail to be able to connect my printer using this tool.
