HP Recommended
Product: Color Lase rJet Pro MFP M477
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

I have been troubleshooting this error message for 2 days.  No matter what I have done, the display still reads "Jam in Print Paper Path, open rear door and clear jam".  Any solutions?
