HP Recommended
Product: Z2100
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

My Designate printer Z2100 has requested I change the yellow ink cartridge but when doing so I get a message that the cartridge is faulty.   I tried with 3 cartridges and I still get the same result.

 

Please advise what to do?
