Product: HP LaserJet Pro 400 Color M451dw
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My printer displays a "Firmware Corrupt Ready 2 Download" message.  I deleted the existing driver on my Mac computer and tried to download the driver again from the HP website.  When I launched the program that helps to install the driver, my printer is not found by the utility.  

 

When I tried downloading the firmware update, my Mac installed a HP LaserJet 3020; which is not the model of my printer.

 

Can anyone help with a solution? I really don't want this to become an expensive electronic brick.
