HP Recommended
Product: Photosmart 6520
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Im trying to update my firmware on Photosmart 6520.  Ive downloaded it (PS6520_2024A.dmg) to my PC - connected my printer via USB - set the update running - says its connected but it just whirrs.  Does anybody have any ideas?  Grateful for any help.
