Product: M521, M476, M602
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to update the firmware on multiple LaserJet printers. (M521, M476, M602)

All on the same network

Tried using multiple PC's

Erroring out

"Cant find any printers to update EnumPrinters said: the data passed to a system call is too small. EnumPrinters needs 20576 bytes and we sent 16384"

Click OK and the Firmware Utility Box loads, but no printers in the drop down list.

Spooler is running, has been restarted.

Any help appreciated.
