Product: deskjet 1510 all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Greetings!

I recently moved from the UAE to India. I had bought a Deskjet 1510 all in one laptop. 

I got the printer with me to India. But now the Ink has finished. I bought a new 802 small Ink cartridge which said it is compatible with the 1510 deskjet.

However, the cartridge did not work with the printer. On drilling a bit further, I realized the cartridge compatible with a deskjet printer in the middle east is 122. However, in India, the cartridge compatible with the same printer is 802.
I think if I can reinstall the printer with the Indian firmware, I can resolve this issue with the cartridge compatibility and can get my new 802 small cartridge to work.

After spending hours online and on the support community, I still cannot find a way to re install the firmware on the HP printer.

Is anyone aware if this is possible?
