Product: HP Designjet T2500 Plotter
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just updated our plotter with the current firmware update MRY_04_06_01.1.  I've noticed 2 peculiar things about it.  When you push the button on the plotter to wake it up it shuts the plotter off.  If I try and wake the plotter up on through my computer it will wake up but the screen on the plotter is blank/black and the on/off button is slowly blinking.

 

When I did the update I did it through the plotter, not through the designjet utility program or downloading it to a USB drive. 

 

I'm not sure this is on my end or HP's end but it worked just fine before the update!

 

And no I'm not calling customer support to rectify this problem.  I solved my last post on my own so I'm not expecting much help from HP this time either!
