My printer refused to accept printing instructions from my computer. I know what I'm doing and I deleted and reinstalled everything (All HP software) a couple times. I restarted the print spooler. I did everything. Nothing worked. Finally, I tried installing a few of the Microsoft printer drivers (they are embedded in OS 10). When I installed the "Microsoft PWG Raster Class Driver" onto my HP printer (HP Envy Photo 7155), the printer worked. There are no printer options with this driver except to print on 8 1/2 by 11" paper @ 300 dpi. At least the printer will now print text and graphics. I know the HP driver is not corrupted because I re-downloaded and reinstalled it several times. It is bad at HP. It's a bad driver. The Microsoft driver solution isn't perfect. Maybe this will help someone. HP sure won't.
