Hi I'm reading in hp forms for help resetting my printer and there are solutions but they're sending them in private messages so I really can't do a reset because I don't know how. Pro 8615. It is set up to a Mac computer also when I go in and click reset to factory default tells me to put in the password and ID and I don't have them. someone PLEASE HELP...
