HP Laserjet Enterprise M608X
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The last week 3 October release windows 10 update KB4524147 screws up printing on all of our PC's.

We tried installing and uninstalling printers and updated the Full Software for the M608 to latest version on HP Website to nog go. We could not print to any of our 4 printer which are:

Lasert M608X

Lasejet M475dw

Canon IPF5000

Canon IPF750

Not even to PDF, the print spoooler kept shutting down

We then removed the windows update and we could print again on all machines.

Today the windows update automatically installed again

Result we can print to every printer no problem but not to the HP LaserJet M608X using the full software install.

We then did add printer and added the printer HP LaserJet M608 [CAEDD9] from the network straight from the printer, this works and we can print using this install, but this gives us really very basic confirguration options.

We do need the full software to work again, and it is quite clear there is a probleem between

Windows10 KB4524147 and HP Full Software 43.3.2511.

Can someone at HP check this out ?
