Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Other

Printer is stuck on preparing printer. Performed full reset multiple times, remains stuck there. Would like to reflash firmware. The firmware appears "up to date" on windows 10, and cannot perform firmware reset remotely.
