HP Recommended
Product: HP Scanjet G4010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

G4010 SCANJET won't upgrade to Windows 10. I downloaded the software from HP site, it appeared to be a successful installation BUT no shortcut and scanjet does not appear on the list of printers and scanners.
