Hello,

I wish to upgrage my Office Jet X476dw to the latest firmare, but there is a big warning indicating not to upgrade if the firmware is older than a specified previous version.

REQUIREMENT BEFORE APPLYING THIS UPDATE:Device to be updated to firmware revision2022AR MUST have been previously updated to revision 1409B (VR4.1) OR LATER prior toapplying this firmware update.

So my question is where can I download a previous version to allow me to install the latest version.
