Product: HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP M527 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got a used HP m527 that was missing the hard drive so I purchased a new one and installed it. When I attempt to install the firmware from the preboot menu it says Device Error but gives no specifiec error code.  I've tried both FS3 and FS4 versions of the firmware, two different flash drives and tried redownloading the firmware. All have resulted in the same issue as soon as I select the file to start the installation.
