Product: Latex 335
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Latex 335 that I'm having issues with and I am unable to get in touch with technical support. I have never dealt with a company that has such poor support. I've been calling the toll free number for Canada listed on the HP support website for weeks. The number doesn't work!!!! I can find no other way to contact support. The company I bought the printer from gives me the same toll free number.

 

Every time i call the number, I just get shallow hissing static. It doesn't even ring. One number for all of North America.

 

Needless to say, I'm considerably frustrated and shocked that such a large company has such poor customer support.

 

If anyone has an alternative means to get in touch, PLEASE respond.
