Product: HP 254dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't seem to print an image with a white background. It prints a gray box around the white image. I've tried removing the image but on some it still prints crappy. I downloaded a generic driver and it worked for a few days, but now it's back to printing gray boxes. I tried printing it in Wod too and same outcome. I am working in Microsoft Publisher. I'd love to get this resolved.
