ENVY 7640
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an HP ENVY 7640 that as of a year ago started making a mild grinding noise when double-sided printing. This is upsetting because it was my favorite printer, up until it started making noises. I have recently moved to a new apartment and now it makes a louder grinding noise when printing normally. It is even more loud when printing double-sided. I bought my printer in 2017 and expected this printer to with me for a long time. I am very disappointed that I am having these issues. I have attempted all trouble shooting steps and have read other threads about the same concern. I want to know if HP can replace this printer? I have taken care of it. It has no cosmetic damage, but unfortunately it is not the quality product I thought I was purchasing. Any advice or feedback from anyone is greatly appreciated.
