Product: HP 3070 PRINTER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

hI guys I can not reset my hp printer 3070A . I tried everything I could and all seams to be ok but no success. I have no access to the display of printer . display is on and it is iluminated. the message displayed is ....install ink cartridges... in the computer the message is. ; Black cartridge has no ink... however cartridge is full and has been correctly installed in the printer carriage. I must say that this new black cartridge is not original from HP is refilled from aftermarket Prinkt.

I tried reset the printer according to HP printer manual and HP tech support but it didnt work.

How can I have qccess to hiden menu. How can I perform reset action for this printer HP 3070A series all in one.
