Hi,
I have with me a HP 3052 All in one printer, the scanner part of the printer is totally not working with Windows 10 Pro.
This is extremely frustrating. The printer is working well. i can print via usb or via my LAN.
But the issue is coming with the scanner.
i have tried all sorts of drivers which are available on the HP driver site. Nothing seems to be working.
I also tried looking out for Drivers on the Microsoft catalog site, but there also there is nothing which seems to be working.
i suppose this all-in-one is going to get junked, unless it used as only to print only.
Another frustrating thing is the Hp Print and Scan doctor which i had installed, even that has given up and not showing any option to make this scanner work, it is continuously taking me to the HP driver site (where there are already no drivers which will make this scanner work on Windows 10).
HP is no longer giving the full software suite for 3052 for Windows 10 (which they should), earlier it was there from HP, one could have easily downloaded it from the site itself.
Another challenge is that this scanner will only work from the windows default software of Fax and Scan.
once you are in it and click on scanner, it clearly says the drivers are missing.
Even windows seems to have given up on this model and not giving any support to run the scanner function of 3052.
Need urgent help to solve this issue.. Any feedback on this will be truly appreciated.
Thanks.
Regards,
Rishi
