Hi,

I tried printing today after not having printed for about two months and I noticed that any text I print has white streaks through it and text is cut-off.

I tried all the cartridge realignment and cleaning utilies (both printhead and ink smear, 2 times both) from the HP Smart utility but it made no difference.

The ink cartridges themselves have plenty of ink still.

I already went once through installing and reinstalling the drivers, I don't think it's a software issue.

HP Print and Scan doctor finds no issues either.

What are out options?

P.S. I can attach images of both the diagnostic paper printout and hp print and scan doctor's printer status.

P.P.S. My previous post was flagged as spam so I re-posted the same question without attaching images
