HP Recommended
Product: HP Deskjet 3636
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have bought a printer from friend (HP Deskjet 3636) and could not get the info page printed from it to get the claim code in order to setup the Insta ink service started.

I have tried setting it up, webservices are enabled. 

Tried printing Info Page by pressing ePrint button. Prints nothing.

Tried click on Print info page button on EWS Web services section, but nothing happens.

Changed DNS to google DNS.

 

I feel as the underlying HP service is down or something.

Please help and guide. Thanks!
