Product: hp 500
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard

hi guy got an old hp 500 24 inch. its not been used for a good 8 months. i switched it on.  would only print in black. so lefat it a day. went back next day was getting 21.10 code. so i blow air in the station section. the code went off but then i was getting replce black printhead message. so i did. but it kept saying replace black head over and over.  eventually i took the station out cleaned it.    now im getting a 21.11 code.   and im about to set fire to the thing.
