Product: 577dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, we are running windows 10 pro 64 bit with HP Scan and Capture 40.0.245.0.  Earlier this week the only way to scan was to shut down, unplug the printer, wait two minutes then plug back in.  It was on an older firmware so I updated the firmware thinking it would fix the problem.  No change the 577dw still says its busy even when it is doing nothing.  Any insight?
