Model CN558A:

 

After several reset and roller cleaning cycles, I noted that the wheels on the pickup rollers don't turn when the arm brings them in contact with the paper stack.  I saw somewhere in the blog that a similar condition was resolved by applying epoxy "apply epoxy" - no photo, no further explanation as to how or where.

 

Anyone know?
