HP Recommended
Product: HP 6830

Hello,

 

I've had to replace my HP printer several times within the last few years. I refuse to buy another one. I currently have an HP OfficePro 6830 all in one that I've had a little over a year, but haven't used that often. I just recently began having trouble printing, receiving a "Printhead error" message. I'm finding out that I now need to replace the printhead. I googled it and I see that it's a known issue within HP.

 

I've tried recycling the power as well as removing and cleaninf the ink cartridge heads, to no avail. I don't want to pay to call the HP Support line. And if I have to scrap this printer, I'm not going back to HP prducts again. Please help.
