HP Recommended
Product: HP Photosmart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 7520 will print normally but will not scan to computer. The screen shows "No Computer Found," and suggests checking to make sure computer and printer are on the same network - they are. It suggests the HP printer software should be installed on the computer - it is. It suggests that "Activate Scan to Computer" in HP printer software be enabled - I cannot find how to make sure it is. I have put the printer's IP address into my browser and I can scan from that. I would just like to be able to scan normally using the touchscreen on the printer.
