HP 8025e OfficeJet Print Driver
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

A couple of days ago I purchased the HP OfficeJet 8025e (8020 series) and began to install the printer. According to the label on the box this printer is compatible with Windows 7 64-BIT OS. My computer is WIN7 64-bit just to be clear and so I never thought for a second that there would be a problem.  Was I way WRONG!  I searched the HP website to download what I thought was the correct driver only to learn during the installation that the this software is NOT compatible with my system.

I called tech support only to get another headache. The tech confirmed it wasn't compatible then I said it's false advertising to put information on the box only to find out it doesn't work. BTW, the tech said if you upgrade to WIN 10 your problems are solved. Bad answer. Why should I upgrade when the product says it's compatible?

Bottom line,  does anybody have a working driver?  I'm very upset at HP right now.

Thanks

G
