HP Recommended
Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8170
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

We moved from Chicago to NY and when unpacking the printer, there was ink everywhere and an error message told me:

Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information. That didn't help. I replaced the ink jet cartridges and it still doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks!
