HP 8600 Officejet Pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, When printing, I received message that Ink Cartridges empty. I purchased new HP ink cartridges, installed them, and thereafter received printer error that printer not connected to network. I see wireless blue light on the HP printer window. It notes the IP address, WIFI Name, Mac Address. I looked in Windows Settings under Printers and Scanners and it says HP Officejet Pro 8600 Not Connected. I have unplugged, shutdown and restarted all my hardware and software's.
I have confirmed in WIFI Carrier software that the printer displays but does not have an associated IP address nor Host Name.
I don't know what happened and why suddenly this happened after I installed new HP ink cartridges. I'm at a loss since the WIFI Carrier does not provide IP addresses. I'm so frustrated and desperate to resolve. Can anyone help? Thank you!
