Product: HP 8610 Officejet printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
5-yr old printer w/original printheads, ~26,000 pages lifetime totals.
Received message on printer menu screen: "Printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed. Error code Oxc19s0032." All cartridges HP brand except 3 weeks ago installed Costco refill of the black XL cartridge with no problems. The only thing I did was to re-seat all ink cartridges. Has been working fine since.
