Product: Imac 21.5
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My HP printer type C8180 commenced having problems in early December when I upgraded to Catalina 10.15.7 I was informed that there had been a problem in that HP had asked Apple to delete the driver in error. I was assured this would be rectified shortly.

To date I am unable to find a suitable driver can any one suggest a fix for this.

I was able to down load a fix in early January but this also seems to have failed and Apple are putting the blame fairly in HP corner.

I see no point in buying another high end printer to fix what I suspect is a lack of software support.

Please advise if anyone else is having this problem
