Product: Optiplex GX7010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

After getting the full software suite + driver from the support site and installing everything, I'm met with the "HP CLJM477 Scan was not found" error message when trying to select the HP Scan shortcut on my desktop.

 

I'm able to work around it by right-clicking the printer in the devices and printers list, clicking start, and choosing a place to import the document as a picture (would rather have a PDF but that's not an option).

 

The scan doctor troubleshooter did not work at all and neither has unisntalling / reinstalling the software and printer altogether.
