Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard and older

Hi

 

I saw this message "Previously used genuine HP cartridges installed : magenta when I tried to print a document.

I hacve been using this printer for several years and always buy from local well-known mega store but have never see this message indicating that I am cartridge that may not be genuine. Usually I will buy one or two and keep it for emergency purpose and is difficult to trace each individual cartridge where I buy from. 

 

What could have happened and how can I remove this message?
