Product: DesignJet T1300ps
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
I'm trying to use HP Click for our T1300ps. Installation goes fine, but after the DesignJet is added, it shows as source "Roll: 279.0mm Normalpapier": https://imgur.com/XZfCGbs
In fact, Roll 1 is loaded with 914mm paper. Roll 2 is correctly shown as not loaded.
Tried the installation on 2 different PCs, but it's the same on both.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
