HP Recommended
Product: LaserJet CP 4025
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have 1 HP Color LaserJet CP 4025  laser printers, had to do firmware upgrade both. During the upgrade, 50% or so, the following message appears: "BAD RFU SIGNATURE" and back to the other "RFU LOAD ERROR SEND RFU UPGRADE ON USB DEV PORT" message. I used both the promp as USB to perform the update and nothing. I used meny versions of firmware but the message appeares anyware. What can I do to solve this problem?
