Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello, we are working with HP Color LaserJet CP5220,

after toner replacement, the print result showing starvation & cross-contamination colors as shown this picture below:

we never had this problem before, and just curious, should we take the printer to the HP services for a repair, or we just have to take a new toner catridge?
