HP Recommended
Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I  have an HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177 printer and a paper jam error appears for the ADF (Automated Document Feeder). Due to this the printer is not working properly and I have to keep restarting the printer. 

 

I have tried all the tips on the Forum without success.  There is a reference to obtaining a reset?
