Hi Guys,

 

I'm new here and I do have  a problem with my printer.

I'm using a CM1312nfi and I need to update the firmware (now installed 20090724).

Online I found 20140625.

I rebooted the printer, run the CM1310_MFP_Series_FW_Update-20140625.exe as admin, choosed my printer and clicked "send firmware". After a few sec, the printer reboots itself and the progress bar on the computer went on.

Round about 3 min later a nice yellow smily is shown, but the printer isn't updated??

What did I wrong?

I tried LAN connection, USB connection, diffrent operating systems, NO chance.  😞

I would like to try an old firmware version before (20120104), but I can't find the installation file.

 

Any help or idea I could do.

Sorry for my bad english.
