Hi,

The toner tray is stuck on the right side, please watch the video:

I have already tried a suggestion that I read somewhere on the net or even here on this forum, to have the printer power on while pushing a button (I already forgot which one I had to press) but that didn't help.

 

So, what would really help me if someone could tell me what parts of the printer I have to remove in order to free the stuck toner tray. I do have the service manual of this printer in PDF file, it is full of parts list and exploded views but by itself it doesn't help. Unfortunately the problem of the stuck toner tray is not listed in that troubleshooting section.
