Product: HP Colour Laserjet Pro M452dn
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

HELP - When I install this model of printer on a Mac (only tested on Sierra 10.12.4 at moment) I do not get the option for [Print Quality] under [Paper/Quality] with the driver downloaded from the website. This means that all prints are coming out as default 600dpi and look very blurry and poor quality.

 

Has anyone else nticed this issue?

 

One of our bosses has purchased this printer and is not so impressed so far, and guess whos problem that is 😞

 

Hopefully someone can help?
