Product: HP DAT 72 USB Drive
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

 

Since Our industry has updates all of our workstations to windows 10, our external USB DAT 72  drives fail to work. In the windows device managers list; new USB devices HP C7438A show up that are connected to the DAT 72 units. But no known drivers for them exist. or am I short sighted.

 

Everyone thank you for your help with this issue.
