Product: HP DesignJet 800
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I've done a bit of work to revive our HP DesignJet 800 42"and it now works. However, my last issue is that I can't print from Photoshop. When I click on Print Settings, I am sent to the settings for our Kyocera Fiery properties. However, in Adobe Acrobat Pro I can access the HP properties options, but the color management is limited.
Do you have any idea what's going on in Photoshop?
I'm also wondering if this HP printer is just too old now and I'm running into compatibility issues.
Thanks ahead for any comments.
