Product: Example: Pavilion 6530DesignJet T1700

I'm having an issue with our T1700 loading rolls of paper.  I follow the on screen prompts and remove the spindle/insert new media however the device never recognizes new rolls of paper.

I've upgraded the firmware to the newest version and the problem still persists.

When touching the "Load" button for rolls, the printer shows the steps to insert new media etc.  Once the roll is placed in the  printer and fed through the sensor it states to remove it from sensor and it just repeats this process.

Basically the printer is not recognizing new rolls of paper and will not print.
